Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with. Written in plain language, without the usual legal padding.

Last Updated: 7 August 2026

Lead Hole operates leadhole.com, a pay per call network that connects approved publishers with businesses that buy inbound phone calls. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

If anything here is unclear, email us at admin@leadshole.com.

Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to three groups: visitors to our website, publishers and traffic partners who apply to or work with our network, and consumers who place calls through campaigns running on our network.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you contact us or apply to join the network, we collect what you enter into our forms — your name, business name, email address, phone number, messaging handles such as Skype, Telegram or WhatsApp, the traffic sources you work with, the verticals you are interested in, your expected call volume, and the geographic areas you target.

Publisher account information

For approved publishers we hold account records: assigned tracking numbers, campaign approvals, call and conversion history, payout details, payment history, and any compliance notes attached to the account. Depending on how you are paid, our payment processors may collect additional details from you directly.

Call information

When a call is placed through a tracking number on our network, we and our tracking providers record information about that call. This normally includes:

  • the caller’s phone number and the number dialed
  • the date, time and duration of the call
  • the publisher and campaign the call came from
  • the caller’s approximate location
  • the outcome of the call and whether it qualified

Call recordings

Calls placed through campaigns on our network may be recorded for quality assurance, call validation, dispute resolution and compliance review. Where recording applies, callers are notified in line with the requirements that apply to that campaign. Recordings may be reviewed by us and by the buyer receiving the call.

Technical information

Like most websites, we automatically collect IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device type, the page that referred you, the pages you viewed and how long you spent on them, and the date and time of your visit.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies to keep the website working correctly, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and attribute traffic to the correct source. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you disable them.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • operate the website and respond to your enquiries
  • review publisher applications and approve or decline them
  • issue tracking numbers and route calls to the correct buyer
  • track, validate and attribute calls to the correct publisher and campaign
  • calculate payouts, process payments and reconcile balances
  • detect and investigate fraud, invalid traffic and compliance breaches
  • monitor and improve call quality across campaigns
  • communicate with you about campaigns, account status, payments and policy changes
  • meet our record-keeping and legal obligations
  • analyse how our website and services are used, and improve them

How We Share Information

Routing calls to buyers is the core of what we do, so some sharing is unavoidable. We are direct about it.

With buyers and advertisers

When a call is routed to a buyer, the buyer receives the call and the information attached to it — normally the caller’s phone number, the campaign, the time and duration of the call, and the caller’s approximate location. Buyers may also receive call recordings where recording applies to that campaign. Buyers handle that information under their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

With call tracking and technology providers

We use third-party call tracking, routing and analytics platforms to run the network. These providers process call data on our behalf.

With service providers

Hosting, email, payment processing, accounting, fraud detection and support tools. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function for us.

With publishers

Publishers receive reporting on their own calls — call times, durations, statuses and payouts. Publishers do not receive other publishers’ data.

For legal and compliance reasons

Where required by applicable law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our Terms, to investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity, or to protect our rights and those of our buyers and publishers.

In a business transfer

If our business is merged, acquired or its assets sold, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell information collected from our website visitors to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing.

Call Tracking and Analytics

Calls on our network are placed through tracking numbers assigned to a specific publisher and campaign. This is how a call is attributed to the publisher who generated it and how payouts are calculated. We also use website analytics tools that collect the technical information described above in aggregated and individual form.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricted account access, access controls on our systems, and encrypted transmission where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy. Publisher account records, call records and payment records are retained afterwards where we need them for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and record-keeping. Call recordings are retained for the period needed to validate calls, resolve disputes and meet buyer requirements.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to them. We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of any third-party site before providing information to it.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@leadshole.com and we will respond as required by the law that applies to you.

Some information cannot be deleted on request where we need it to maintain payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet a legal obligation. Where that applies, we will tell you.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails using the link in any such email. Account, campaign, compliance and payment messages are operational and will continue while your account is open. The rights available to you depend on where you are located.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact admin@leadshole.com and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, providers or obligations change. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active publishers through the contact details on their account.
